Metered street parking is available along Florence Street and the surrounding streets.
Complimentary unlimited parking is also available at our sibling studio, Level 10, approximately 180 metres from ELSE.

Follow the driveway towards the river. Continue past the red metal-framed building and the fob system, then drive close to the boom gate so its sensor can open it. You may park in any available space.
Please allow enough time to park and walk to ELSE before your appointment.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
If you arrive early, the team may still be preparing the studio or finishing with another client.
If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be adjusted or rescheduled.

Yes. New-client availability varies between stylists.
Our New to ELSE appointments are an easy place to begin for colour, while all new K-Tip clients must begin with an Extension Consultation.
